In an unpredictable and evolving economic landscape, a demand for geospatial technology continues to grow in supporting businesses. As a GeoPartner of the GeoWorks community, Esri Singapore is working with the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) to drive geospatial innovation through the offering of an open and interoperable platform within the SLA 3D Singapore Sandbox. Featuring Esri’s Enterprise 3D GIS platform, the technology was designed to give users the capability to easily discover, use, make, and share geospatial data to a wider community.

Technology Highlights:

- Conduct a Visibility Study for each building level using 3D visualisation

- Manage a digital-twin of a property portfolio to predict future contract potential

- Conduct shadow impact analysis for building orientation decisions and optimal sunlight penetration

- Identify vulnerable population locations to respond to and mitigate potential outbreaks
