Foursquare Acquires Geospatial Analytics and Visualisation Platform
Location technology company Foursquare (a GeoWorks GeoPartner) has acquired Unfolded.ai, a geospatial analytics and visualisation platform. The acquisition is designed to bring Unfolded.ai’s geospatial technology into Foursquare Everywhere.
According to Gary Little, President and CEO of Foursquare, the acquisition would make the Foursquare platform more powerful and accessible.
“This acquisition accelerates us toward our ambitious goal of bringing Foursquare Everywhere, and enabling businesses to unlock the true potential of location and geospatial data and technology,” he said.
