SLA and OrangeTee & Tie (OTT) MOU
The real estate sector has a lot of potential to make use of geospatial technology to increase productivity and improve its service!
Recently, Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and OrangeTee & Tie (OTT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly embark on geospatial co-innovation to improve hyperlocal or granular data in Singapore.
The collaboration will see OTT explore incorporating SLA’s OneMap3D in its suite of applications, and OneMap could be further augmented with data of specific property developments provided by OTT.
Chief Executive of SLA, Mr Colin Low said, “With the signing of this MOU with OTT, we hope to explore exciting geospatial innovations with the ultimate aim to benefit homeowners and buyers as well as to facilitate those looking for properties to rent.”
