Grab, a GeoWork’s GeoPartner, Southeast Asia’s ride-hailing giant, was listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange on the 2nd of December after a US$40 billion merger with a special purpose acquisition company. 
The company’s co-founders, Anthony Tan and Tan Hooi Ling, rang the opening bell at a ceremony at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore. The event was Nasdaq’s first opening bell hosted in Southeast Asia. 

Shares of the company are traded under the ticker symbol “GRAB”.
