Result of SLA’s auction of heavy vehicle park at Eunos Road

1          The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) successfully concluded the public auction under tenancy of a Land Parcel of heavy vehicle park at 20 Eunos Road 4 today. The successful bidder is the incumbent, Mr Lim Chai Kiui, 62, who is Chairman of Kim Soon Lee Pte Ltd. Results are annexed.

2          The Land Parcel was launched for tenancy on 5 May 2009. The parcel was offered for tenancy for 3+2 years.
