Tender Closing For Residential Site At Sengkang Central

• The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) closed the tender for the residential site at Sengkang Central/Buangkok Drive at 12 noon today.
  
  
• The tender was launched on 15 December 2004. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.
  
  
• A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
  
  
• Details of the land parcel and the bids received are at Annex A.
