This site was originally on the Reserve List. On 7 February 03, SLA announced that it had received an application from a developer for the site to be put up for public tender. The developer has committed to bid at least $48,000,000.00 for the land parcel in the public tender.

The land parcel is adjacent to the Tiong Bahru Plaza and MRT station. It has a gross plot ratio of 4.2 and a site area of 5,348 sq m. Details of the sales site and the location plan are at Annex A and Annex B respectively.

Tender Details

The tender period is 4 weeks and will close on 20 March 03 at 12 noon. Selection of successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only. Any tender below the accepted minimum bid price of $48,000,000.00 will not be considered. The tenderer shall deposit the duly completed and signed Form of Tender under sealed cover in the submission envelope in tender box at Singapore Land Authority's Tender Closing Room, 26th Storey of Temasek Tower, 8 Shenton Way Singapore 068811.

Developers' Packets are available at S$103 each (inclusive of GST. They can be purchased from DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (SEA) Pte Ltd of 100 Beach Road #35-00 Shaw Tower Singapore 189702.
