Commemorative Stamp Set

Revitalising Spaces, Connecting Communities
Celebrate SLA25 with an exclusive commemorative stamp series created in collaboration with SingPost and illustrated by local designer Joachim Kok.
Featuring five distinctive State property asset types managed by SLA, each stamp tells a story of heritage, innovation and community, celebrating how these spaces have been thoughtfully reimagined to serve new generations while preserving their unique character.
A red balloon appears across all five stamps – a vibrant symbol of Singapore, our Little Red Dot, representing optimism, connection and the boundless possibilities within limited space.
Five Places. Five Stories.
Each featured property reflects a different chapter of Singapore's built heritage and demonstrates how State properties continue to evolve to meet changing community needs while preserving their historical significance.

Temasek Shophouse (1st Local):
At 28 Orchard Road, the distinctive property and its neighbouring conserved shophouses stand as a vibrant space for community building and social impact, breathing renewed purpose into a historic address.

KADA at 5 Kadayanallur Street (85₵): Once home to St Andrew’s Mission Hospital, 5 Kadayanallur Street has been reimagined as a creative lifestyle and wellness hub — a nod to its significant past while preserving its legacy as one of Singapore’s first modernist buildings.
