ACQUISITION OF LAND

Private land may at times be acquired for public purposes such as economic and infrastructure developments and public programmes. At SLA, we work very closely with other public agencies to keep acquisition to a minimum.

MANAGEMENT OF STATE LAND AND PROPERTY

SLA actively leverages on technology, geospatial information and analytics for better decision-making and service delivery in the management of State Land and Properties.

LAND SALES AND LEASE MANAGEMENT

Information on Land Betterment Charge, lease renewal, and land sales, including sale of remnant land.

RENTAL OF STATE LAND & PROPERTY

Vacant State properties not earmarked for immediate development are put up for rent in the interim period. These properties can be used for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional purposes. The rental of these properties is managed either by SLA or our managing agents.
