1.	Application for New Certificate of Title	Fees

a.	Application fee	$78.30
b.	Issue fee per Certificate of Title	$70.00
Example: The total fee for an application for 5 New Certificates of Title is as follows:
i.	Application fee	$78.30
ii.	Issue fee	$70 x 5 = $350
Total Fee		$428.30


2.	Application for registration of Strata Title Application	Fees

a.	Registration of a Strata Title Application	$75.30
b.	Issue fee per Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title	$70.00
c.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00
Example: The total fee for an application for registration of Strata Title Application and issue of 5 Subsidiary Strata Certificates of Title is as follows:
i.	Registration of Strata Title Application	$75.30
ii.	Issue fee	$70 x 5 = $350
iii.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00
Total Fee		$435.30


3.	Strata Title Application under section 125 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act	Fees

a.	Application fee	$140.90
b.	Issue fee per Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title	$70.00
c.	Fee for registration of transfer of reversionary estate in land to lessees	$68.30
d.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00
Example: The total fee for an application for 5 Subsidiary Strata Certificates of Title under section 125 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act is as follows:
i.	Application fee	$140.90
ii.	Issue fee	$70 x 5 = $350
iii.	Fee for registration of Transfer of reversionary estate in land	$68.30
iv.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00
Total Fee		$569.20


4.	Strata Title Application under sections 126 and 126A of the Land Titles (Strata) Act	Fees

a.	Application fee	$140.90
b.	Issue fee per Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title	$70.00
c.	Fee for registration of Transfer of reversionary estate in land to lessees	$68.30
d.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00
Example: The total fee for an application for 5 Subsidiary Strata Certificates of Title under section 126/126A of the Land Titles (Strata) Act is as follows:
i.	Application fee	$140.90
ii.	Issue fee	$70 x 5 = $350
iii.	Fee for registration of transfer of reversionsary estate in land to lessees	$68.30
iv.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00

5.	Strata Title Application under section 127 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act	Fees

a.	Application fee	$140.90
b.	Issue fee per Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title	$70.00
c.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00
Example: The total fee for an application for 5 Subsidiary Strata Certificates of Title under section 127 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act is as follows:
i.	Application fee	$140.90
ii.	Issue fee	$70 x 5 = $350
iii.	Issue of Certificate of Constitution of Management Corporation	$10.00
Total Fee		$500.90


6.	Application for Replacement Certificate of Title/ Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title/ Subsidiary Certificate of Title	Fees

	Application fee inclusive of issue fee for Certificate (s) of Title/Subsidiary Strata Certificate (s) of Title/ Subsidiary Certificate (s) of Title but excluding publication fee for advertisement of notice of application	$110.30
	Example: The total fee for an application for the issue of 5 Replacement Certificates of Title (by the same proprietor) will still be $110.30
