Examples of calculating the amount TOL fee, exclusive of GST.

Example 1
Sector :		Central
Use :		Tradefair
Land Area :		600 sqm

First 500 sqm :		$1.75 psm per day x 500 sqm = $875 per day
Balance 100 sqm :		$0.70 psm per day x 100 sqm = $70 per day
Amount of TOL Fee :		$875 + $70 = $945 per day

Example 2
Sector :		Outlying
Use :		Car Parking
Number of Lots :		350 Lots

First 100 Lots :		$46 per lot per month x 100 lots = $4,600 per month
Next 200 Lots :		$37 per lot per month x 200 lots = $7,400 per month
Balance 50 Lots :		$34 per lot per month x 50 lots = $1,700 per month
Amount of TOL Fee :		$4,600 + $7,400 + $1,700 = $13,700 per month
