State Property Information Online (SPIO) State Property Information Online (SPIO) is a portal which provides a listing of available vacant State properties managed by both SLA and its agents. This information is useful to both public and private organisations interested in renting State properties for residential, commercial and institutional purposes. State properties available include former schools, community centres, clubs and camps and these are available for rental generally through open tender. Agent-managed properties, which are mostly for residential and commercial uses, can be rented directly from the agents.
