Requirement:
- Good Honours Degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Statistics or Business Management preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience

Job Scope:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues relating to the sale, allocation, leasing and management of state land and properties
- Handle all legal matters of the Authority including drafting and advising on commercial matters and transactions involving State land and properties, registration and issuance of land titles
Requirement:
- Degree in Bachelor of Laws from the NUS or a recognised overseas university
- Ideally have at least 1 year experience in a law firm

Job Scope:
- Establish and oversee the implementation of effective rewards management policies and strategies to attract, reward and retain quality human resources in SLA
- Conduct annual market salary survey and review salary structure
- Involve in Compensation and Benefits projects in line with the corporate goals and objectives of SLA

Job Scope:
- Plan, implement and manage infrastructure, engineering and building services projects and contracts for State land and properties
- Responsible for planning and co-ordinating with other agencies/ authorities on infrastructure, engineering and building services works
- Carry out budget planning and cost management
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Prior experience in infrastructure, engineering and building services project implementation and management is an advantage

Job Scope:
- Plan surveillance programme against illegal use of State land and property
- Plan and execute enforcement actions against illegal use of State land and property under the State Lands Encroachments Act
- Support prosecution proceedings
- Liaise with the public on temporary licensing applications and appeals
Requirements:

- Promote and market the use of SLA data and e-services

Job Scope:
- Manage strategic projects within SLA as well as collaborate with external agencies to meet the objectives of National Spatial Data Infrastructure
- Provide consultancy service in areas of expertise to other teams within SLA and other agencies to enable successful completion of projects
- Conceptualise and create proof-of-concept Geographical Information System (GIS) applications
- Promote and proliferate the use of GIS and land information amongst the public agencies and businesses
Requirements:
- Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography or related
- At least 1 year of working experience related to GIS, mapping or land information system is preferred

Job Scope:
- Assist the Deputy Director of Internal Audit to identify critical issues and recommend improvement measures to enhance the Corporate Governance of the Singapore Land Authority
- Conduct risk-based audits to ensure compliance with policies, rules and regulations and value add to the various business and support units
- Perform internal reviews, financial, operational and value-for-money audits, and introducing recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and enhance internal controls to safeguard organisation's interests
- Prepare audit reports and present to management issues identified and recommendations made
- Conduct adhoc investigations, provide consultations and liaise with external auditors

- Process and register legal documents for all land transactions in respect of private, public, commercial and industrial properties within the service standards and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Land Register System
- Deal with members of the public as well as solicitors involved in the conveyancing process
- Deal with other ministries and agencies eg. CPF Board, URA,LTA, JTC and HDB on land registration matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Law or Diploma in Legal studies or at least 10 years experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm
- Have good knowledge of land and conveyancing law practice and the relevant legislations, Land Titles Act, Land Titles (Strata) Act, Residential Property Act and other laws in areas such as bankruptcy, corporate, and trusts and succession
- Meticulous, and ability to work under pressure and keen to learn

- Provide contract administration and project management services primarily for contracts relating to the maintenance of State properties
- Ensure that works & services are executed in a fair and transparent manner and in compliance with Government Instruction Manual (IM) and SLA Financial Regulation Manual (FRM) guidelines

Requirements:
