- Responsible for developing policies, strategies and business models to promote the use of SLA data and e-services
- Establish good relationships with other agencies and business partners and to collaborate with them on strategic projects

Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- 8 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Pro-active, tech savvy and with good business acumen
- Experience in geospatial science, eg GIS, Remote Sensing, GPS or related is preferred

Job Scope:
Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues related to the sale, allocation, leasing and management of state land and properties, as well as handle all legal matters of the Authority including drafting and advising on commercial matters and transactions involving State land and properties, registration and issuance of land titles.
Legal advisory services cover:
- alienation of State lands and granting of State leases
- allocation and management of State lands and properties
- recovery of monies due to the State, commencing legal action
- issues relating to mapping and survey of lands and provision of geo-spatial information
- privatisation
- registration of land titles, ownership and the administration of Land Titles Act, the Land Titles (Strata) Act and the Residential Property Act
- compulsory acquisition, purchase or surrender of private lands and forfeiture of abandoned land and reclamation of the foreshore and seabed
- drafting of legislation
- legal aspects of SLA's corporate business and strategies, identifying and advising on legal risks in all aspects of the Authority's corporate affairs

Requirements:
- LL.B (Hons) degree
- An Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and ideally with

Job Scope:
- Responsible for the contract administration and project management of the periodic structural inspection of existing State properties; and you are expected to deal with professional engineers and building control and regulatory authorities
- Manage and liaise with appointed consultants, term contractors, tenants and government agencies to ensure that the assigned projects are kept on schedule and within the allocated budget
- Be part of a team that will oversee and manage term contractors to ensure the effective maintenance of vacant State properties, including the handing over and taking over of State properties

- Responsible for planning and co-ordinating with other agencies/authorities on infrastructure, engineering and building services works

- Prior experience in infrastructure, engineering and building services project implementation and management is an advantage

Job Scope:
- Manage strategic projects within SLA as well as collaborate with external agencies to meet the objectives of SG-SPACE
- Provide GIS consultancy service in areas of expertise to other teams within SLA and other agencies to enable successful completion of projects
- Conceptualise and create proof-of-concept or pilot GIS applications
- Promote and proliferate the use of GIS and geospatial information amongst the public agencies, businesses and the community
Requirements:

Job Scope:
- Process and register legal documents for all land transactions involving private, public, commercial and industrial properties within the service standards; as well as ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Land Register System
- Deal with members of the public as well as solicitors involved in the conveyancing process
- Deal with other ministries and agencies eg. CPF Board, URA, LTA, JTC and HDB on land registration matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Law or Diploma in Legal studies, or at least 10 years' experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm
- Have good knowledge of land and conveyancing law practice and the relevant legislations, Land Titles Act, Land Titles (Strata) Act, Residential Property Act and other laws in areas such as bankruptcy, corporate, and trusts and succession

- Regulate ownership of restricted residential properties by foreign persons and foreign companies and societies including religious organizations
- Evaluate applications by foreigners applying for approval to purchase residential properties in Singapore
- Review policies on foreign ownership of residential properties
