CLOSING FOR RESIDENTIAL SITE AT SENGKANG CENTRAL |

The
Singapore Land Authority (SLA) closed the tender for
the residential site at Sengkang Central/Buangkok Drive
at 12 noon today.
|
|
|
|
|

The
tender was launched on 15 December 2004. The site was
offered for sale on a 99-year lease.

|
|
|
|

Please
see Annex A for the details on the bids. A decision on
the award of the tender will be made after the bids have
been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
