Requirement:
- Good Honours Degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Statistics or Business Management preferred

Job Scope:
- To provide legal advice on a wide range of issues relating to the sale, allocation, leasing and management of state land and properties
- To handle all legal matters of the Authority including drafting and advising on commercial matters and transactions involving State land and properties, registration and issuance of land titles
Requirement:
- Degree in Bachelor of Laws from the NUS or a recognised overseas university

- To co-ordinate field works for exhumation project
- To oversee and supervise field officers in the physical exhumation

Job Scope:
- To promote and market the use of SLA data and e-services
- To collaborate with business partners to add new information services on SLA-managed portals, eg www.inlis.gov.sg and www.map.gov.sg
- To negotiate with customers on the licensing terms for the use of SLA data
- To work with legal counsels to draft license agreements
- To manage license agreements and contracts
- To monitor infringement of IPR and enforce the terms of license agreements

Job Scope:
- To manage strategic projects within SLA as well as collaborate with external agencies to meet the objectives of National Spatial Data Infrastructure
- To provide consultancy service in areas of expertise to other teams within SLA and other agencies to enable successful completion of projects
- To conceptualise and create proof-of-concept Geographical Information System (GIS) applications

Requirements:

- To process and register legal documents for all land transactions in respect of private, public, commercial and industrial properties within the service standards and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Land Register System
- To deal with members of the public as well as solicitors involved in the conveyancing process
- To deal with other ministries and agencies eg. CPF Board, URA,LTA, JTC and HDB on land registration matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Law or Diploma in Legal studies or at least 10 years experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm
- Have good knowledge of land and conveyancing law practice and the relevant legislations, Land Titles Act, Land Titles (Strata) Act, Residential Property Act and other laws in areas such as bankruptcy, corporate, and trusts and succession
- Meticulous, and ability to work under pressure and keen to learn

- Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

- To handle the sale of remnant State lands and lands capable of independent development to public entities
